Scarlett Tinsley: A 200 e-ryt instructor with over 12 years of personal practice in yoga and pilates. She has been instructing professionally for the last 10 years and continues to broaden her understanding of healthy living through her passion for learning. Scarlett's experiences range from working with athletes and professionals to instructing elementary age children and senior citizens.

Centered around themes of self-care, personal agency and deep connection, I love to anchor each class with soothing, joyful international music - inviting you to breathe, feel and reconnect with your truest self - just as you are.
I am passionate about introducing reluctant beginners to a gentle practice and I aspire to create a diverse, inclusive healing space that cultivates personal and community transformation.
My meditation practice has been influenced by the mindfulness teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, the inspiring poetry of Mary Oliver, and the soulful music of India Arie.
I had the privilege of receiving my training through the rigorous Yoga, Spirituality and Wellness Program offered by Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, under the careful guidance of Dr. Helene Russell, Dr. Sally Bassett (Founder, Peace Through Yoga Foundation) and Chris Yovanovich (Owner, Indiana Yoga Studio). I am a registered teacher at the 200-hour level with Yoga Alliance.
